Levels of Care
Detox
Detox helps you discontinue drugs or alcohol and become medically stable. Trying to detox on your own is dangerous, and is more likely to lead to relapse. We provide fully supervised detox services to minimize discomfort and ensure patient safety. Our facility also provides therapy throughout the detox process.
Residential
Following detox, a residential treatment program is often the best option for long-term sobriety. Fully immerse yourself in treatment with our residential program. With round-the-clock support, you can focus completely on your recovery free of outside stressors and triggers. Plus, enjoy amenity-rich accommodations during your stay.
Outpatient
An outpatient drug rehab center offers a flexible treatment approach where individuals attend scheduled therapy sessions at specific times throughout the week. Unlike inpatient programs, individuals do not live at the facility during treatment but instead have the freedom to return home, continue with work, or attend school outside of therapy hours.
Aftercare
After completing treatment, we offer Alumni Support Groups to help you continue your recovery momentum. These peer-led support groups put you in touch with others who understand your treatment and recovery experience. We also help you get connected to other community resources, such as meetings for AA or Narcotics Anonymous.
Treatment Timeline
The duration of treatment will vary largely depending on the specific needs and circumstances of each client during their stay at Zen Recovery Home. While we provide an overview of our 30-day treatment program, it's important to note that we are flexible and can adjust the duration of the treatment to either expedite or extend it based on the personalized program designed for each individual.

Day 1
Your first day at the facility will primarily consist of meeting the warm and welcoming staff, being introduced to your fellow clients, and settling into your comfortable and inviting room. Specifically, all clients undergo extensive and thorough intake assessments by our highly trained clinical and medical staff. This comprehensive process is designed to create a fully personalized and tailored treatment plan that is utilized for the duration of your stay, ensuring that you receive the best care possible.

Day 2
All clients at Zen Recovery Home are assigned a dedicated case manager who remains committed to ensuring that their needs are fully addressed throughout the course of their treatment and beyond. These diligent case managers not only deliver an initial treatment plan, but also provide vital assistance in navigating various "outside world" challenges for the client. Their unwavering support aims to establish effective solutions and pave a clear path forward for the clients' continued well-being and journey to recovery.

Day 3-27
Personalized treatment plans are created, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are taken into account. Clients engage in weekly 1:1 meetings with a dedicated therapist, as well as participate in daily group sessions and exercise. In addition, weekly assessments will be conducted to monitor progress and ensure that the treatment plan remains aligned with recovery. Clients receive tailored "homework" assignments designed to foster personal development and complement the comprehensive therapeutic experience.

Day 28-30
In the final days of treatment, clients will meet with a case manager to establish an aftercare plan. Recovery is a lifelong process and doesn’t end after a client’s stay. Setting up aftercare is a critical component for all clients and is handled on an individual basis. Our case managers can set clients up with sober living accommodations, assist in finding a sponsor and group meetings in their area, establish an ongoing MAT provider, and more.
